Indian Street Food

Mon | Jan 22, 2018 | 6–10P PT

Teacher Meghna Agarwal

Meghna Agarwal will spice up our lives with a hands-on lesson in making some of the vibrant street foods of India. There will be warm fried fritters and potato pancakes with spicy garbanzo beans, and bite-size Indian cottage cheese kebabs. All served with a side of fiery cilantro chutney and refreshing mango lassi to wash it down. We’ll share this meal together, along with plenty of wine and Kingfisher lager (of course).
